Vedashree Khadilkar-Oke

Vedashree Khadilkar-Oke is a vocalist who is known for her versatility as a Classical,Semi classical, Light Music and playback singer. She has been trained in Classical vocal music by her mother and guru a renowned classical singer Mrs. Asha khadilkar, for 15 years. She also has been trained in light vocal music by guru Late. Yashwant Dev a renowned marathi music composer. She has done her M.A. in Music from S.N.D.T University and stood first in the University with a Gold Medal. She has been participated in several competitions and the reality show like Sa, Re, Ga, Ma. She has done many thematic programs like Surdasi Asha, Asha Manik Geete, Ti Tevha Tashi, Aaina- E- Gazal etc.

She has also acted in Marathi movies like Pushpak Viman and Butterfly, Marathi sangeet natak like 'Sangeet Kaviraj Jaidev' and very famous ' Katyar Kaljat Ghusli ' with Subodh Bhave, Mahesh Kale and Rahul Deshpande. She has given her voice as a playback singer for the movie 'Timepass 1' , 'Timepass 2', and also sang a title song of the Marathi serial 'Agnihotra 2' , a song for the serial 'Swarajyarakshak Sambhaji'. She also has been in teaching from last 13 years. Being with children always been a great journey of teaching learning process. She always tries to take this process in the simplest way to make the children feel comfortable and interesting to learn Indian classical music . She always works with a very positive attitude towards teaching so that children should know every angle and type of Music and enjoy it.
